My practice accepts insurance for some patients and is in network with Carefirst BCBS, Cigna, and Aetna. If you have one of these carriers, you may be eligible to receive acupuncture as an in- network benefit.

To best serve you, I offer insurance verification prior to your appointment. However, please only fill out this insurance verification form AFTER contacting me via the “request an appointment” tab.
